This is also huge. Unless you are about to starve and need that second (or first!) income, your children need your time more than you need that big house, nice vacation, or fancy car.

I’ve never seen a dad who could raise small children better than a mom, so I’m not sure Dad should be the one to quit his job and stay home.

With the possible exception of criminal moms and dads, nobody else raises children better than their parents.
